This is a wee wander down memory lane for yours truly, a chance to dig through the archives and say to myself, 'ach, she was so cute,' and 'i cant believe she was that small'.
These pictures were taken last summer when herself had just turned one...these wee sandals were bought for my sisters wedding in Monsoon and at a size 2 they were still too big!
Cuteness.

TheManyFaces of Martha May
The great thing about Martha being a bit older and able to communicate is that i can direct her (when she decides to listen to me that is), i can tell her to 'do a funny face' or give me a 'great big smile'.
I dont like to direct her too often as its usually the expressions she pulls by herself that are the best.
I think this wee collection has a nice mix of 'posed' and natural expressions.
Her top is from H&M. (and unfortunately has a tomato soup stain on it now that wont come out)

Beachy Keen
The reason for starting this blog is that i'm photographing Martha on pretty much a daily basis, and i'm pretty sure people are sick of me putting photo's of her on facebook, but i still need an outlet for them! At least this way people can choose to look at them rather than them popping up in their feed.
So....i'm going to start with some photos i took last week at the beach in crawfordsburn,....Martha is either all over the camera and really flirting with it or else totally ignoring it. (and me)
These wellies are from Spotty Otter, and her dress was a pressie from one of our friends, its a wee vintage number from the Rusty Zip in Belfast. Her umbrella is from H&M. I definitely picked a theme and ran with it for this outfit.
